Russian forces attacked Kharkiv, damaging an infrastructure facility on the afternoon of 9 August

Details: Terekhov did not specify what type of facility was hit. He initially said the strike hit an industrial area in Kharkiv's Nemyshlianskyi district, but later said the site of the strike was in the city's Industrialnyi district.
