Over 60 targets hit overnight: Ukrainian forces strike Russian air defences and rare Orion UAVs in Crimea – video
Units from Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) struck over 60 targets in temporarily occupied Crimea on the night of 22-23 June.

Quote: "The night of 22-23 June was eventful in Crimea. Deep behind enemy lines, USF birds [drones – ed.] made some noise. Over 60 sensitive enemy targets were engaged by medium-range drones alone."
Details: Among the targets, Brovdi said, were three cruise missile carriers, four air defence systems, an oil depot in Kerch, a gas distribution station, an electrical substation and logistics and fuel tanker convoys.
He said that three Orion reconnaissance-strike UAVs had been hit in Kerch. These drones are used as carriers for guided aerial bombs and small cruise missiles. Oil storage tanks at the Kerch (Kamysh-Burun) Thermal Power Plant were also struck.

Other targets included a Pantsir-S1 air defence missile and gun system near Baherove, an S-300 launcher and a ZU-23 anti-aircraft gun in Kurortne, as well as a Nebo-U radar station in Kerch.
Additional targets included the Zakhidno-Krymska electrical substation near the settlement of Karierne and the Simferopol gas distribution station in the village of Trudove.
Brovdi also reported strikes on a UAV operator training ground of Russia's 4th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade near Debaltseve, fuel and lubricant tankers in Horlivka, and Russian logistics vehicles in Crimea as well as in Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts.
The statement said that units Raroh, Raid, K-2, Nemesis, Magyar's Birds and the 1st Separate USF Centre took part in the operation.
Background: On the night of 4-5 June, the USF struck five Russian vessels in the ports of temporarily occupied cities of Mariupol and Berdiansk, as well as in coastal waters.
