Drone attack reported across occupied Crimea: explosions heard – video

A series of explosions was heard in several parts of Russian-occupied Crimea on the night of 24-25 June.

Details: Monitoring Telegram channels reported hearing explosions near Sevastopol, Simferopol and Saky.

Explosions were also reported near the Balaklava Thermal Power Plant.

ATESH later claimed that the entire peninsula was under attack.

Telegram channels also reported that Russian air defence systems were responding.

Meanwhile, Exilenova+ reported an attack on Sevastopol. It also posted a video showing Russian forces attempting to shoot down aerial assets over the city.

Background: The Security Service of Ukraine's Special Operations Centre Alpha conducted successful strikes on Russian air defence systems near the Kerch Strait and on infrastructure facilities at the Saky and Hvardiiske military air bases in occupied Crimea.
