Kremlin denies Lukashenko passed message from Zelenskyy to Putin

The Kremlin has denied that Belarusian ruler Alexander Lukashenko conveyed any message from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

Details: Asked whether Lukashenko served as an informal communication channel with Kyiv, Peskov replied: "No."
He added that any channels for dialogue with Kyiv should remain non-public.
Meanwhile, Peskov said that Ukraine had been discussed during the informal conversation between Putin and Lukashenko.
Background:
- On 26 June, Lukashenko travelled to Russian leader Vladimir Putin's residence in Valdai. No statements were made to the media following the meeting.
