Seven injured and extensive damage recorded following Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih

Russia conducted a missile strike on the city of Kryvyi Rih on the evening of 2 July. The strike hit a densely built-up residential area between apartment blocks, injuring seven people.

Quote: "The fires have been extinguished, but the emergency rescue operation is continuing – there is a huge amount of damage: windows, balconies, and gas and water supplies have been shut off.

A response headquarters will be set up in half an hour at the school opposite; local residents will know where it is."

Details: Vilkul reported two people had been taken to hospital in a moderate condition.

Update at 23:58: Vilkul said after 01:30 that the number of people injured had risen to seven.

Quote: "There are seven injured, three of them in hospital, in a moderate condition, not critical, thank God."
