Details: Hryhorov noted that the girl was not yet two years old. One of the women killed was her mother.
"Three men were injured in the attack. All of them are receiving the necessary medical treatment," he concluded.

According to the State Emergency Service, a Russian drone struck a one-storey apartment building in Romny on the night of 2-3 July. The fire was only extinguished in the early morning.
Update: The Prosecutor's Office later added that a 26-year-old woman and her young daughter, who was just a little over 18 months old, as well as a 39-year-old woman and a 76-year-old man, had been killed in the attack.
"The child's father is in hospital with burns. Two other people were injured," the Prosecutor's Office said.
