The city of Belgorod as well as the Chuvash Republic and the Udmurt Republic in Russia have come under attack on the night of 3-4 July.

Details: Belgorod residents said that overnight Ukrainian attacks had caused fires as well as power and water supply outages.

Local Telegram channels posted footage of a fire that had broken out at the Luch Combined Heat and Power Plant.

The Belgorod Oblast water utility reported power outages affecting water supply facilities on the evening of 3 July.

Shuvaev said no casualties had been recorded, but infrastructure facilities had been damaged, with disruptions to electricity and water supplies. Several infrastructure sites caught fire.

Eyewitnesses in Chuvashia also shared footage showing an overnight Ukrainian attack.

According to the Serditaya Chuvashiya Telegram channel, missiles were flying over the Alatyr district in the south-west of the Chuvash Republic and over the Komsomolsky district in the east.

Update: Brechalov also claimed that a missile had been downed during an attack on "one of the businesses".
