Russia hits Odesa with ballistic missile carrying cluster warhead: nine people hospitalised

Russian forces used a ballistic missile fitted with a cluster warhead to strike Odesa on the evening of 7 July. Nine people have been hospitalised and infrastructure has been damaged.

Quote from Kiper: "Once again, blatantly flouting the rules of international humanitarian law, Russian forces struck civilian areas in Odesa Oblast using a ballistic missile equipped with a cluster warhead.
The enemy's attack caused a fire to break out in a building on the premises of an industrial business. Vehicles also caught fire."
Details: Lysak reported that five people have been hospitalised, one of them in a serious condition.
Update: Lysak later reported that nine people have been injured in the Russian attack on Odesa.
Five people have been hospitalised. A 48-year-old man is in a critical condition.
