Russian forces have struck the city of Odesa, damaging a business centre and injuring one person.

Details: The Russian attack damaged the roof and facades of two buildings. The blast wave shattered windows and partially destroyed walls on the fourth floor. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire.

Lysak said that infrastructure had been damaged.

He added that no information about casualties had been received as of the time of publication.
