Russian drone hits car in Kherson, injuring two people

A Russian drone attacked a car in Kherson's Korabelnyi district on the morning of 8 July, leaving two men injured.

Details: Kherson City Military Administration reported that the Russian drone had struck a car in the Korabelnyi district.

Men aged 60 and 57 have been injured.

Quote from the city military administration: "One of the men has been taken to hospital for further examination. The other has been diagnosed as suffering from blast injuries and acoustic barotrauma. After receiving the necessary medical treatment, he will continue treatment on an outpatient basis."

Background: Russian forces launched a guided aerial bomb strike on the city of Zaporizhzhia on the night of 7-8 July. Three people were injured, a food industry facility was destroyed and a garage complex was damaged.
