Ukrainian drones target Moscow, airport temporarily suspends operations

Moscow came under a drone attack on the night of 9-10 July, with Russian air defences activated across the city.

Details: The attack reportedly began at around 22:13. Sobyanin initially said air defences had destroyed one drone heading towards the Russian capital, before later reporting that a second UAV had been intercepted.

He later said the total number of drones shot down had reached 10, adding that emergency services were working at the sites where debris had fallen.

The attack also temporarily disrupted operations at Domodedovo International Airport, where arrivals and departures were suspended.
