Zelenskyy meets Macron, awards him Order of Freedom

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron in Paris on 13 July.

Details: Zelenskyy said the two leaders coordinated their positions and discussed priorities ahead of the meetings of the anti-ballistic coalition and the Coalition of the Willing, as well as bilateral cooperation.
Quote: "Relations between our countries have reached a truly strategic level, due in large part to President Macron's personal efforts. Today, I thanked Emmanuel for his assistance and support throughout these years and awarded the Order of Freedom to the president, a true friend of Ukraine."
Details: Zelenskyy said they also held detailed discussions on the situation on the front line and Ukraine's needs to protect its people from Russian attacks.
