Zelenskyy: Coalition of the Willing members agree to hold next meeting in Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that participants in the Coalition of the Willing meeting have agreed to hold their next meeting in Ukraine.

Details: Zelenskyy said that 40 participants had joined the meeting on 13 July, including Moldova. Among other issues, the leaders discussed preparations for Ukraine's energy system ahead of winter.

"It is important that we have agreed to hold the next meeting of the Coalition of the Willing in Ukraine," he noted.
Background:
- Earlier the same day, ten European countries, including Ukraine, announced the establishment of the Integrated Anti-Ballistic Missile Coalition following its inaugural meeting in Paris on 13 July. The coalition will work to strengthen Europe's anti-ballistic capabilities.
- French President Emmanuel Macron also announced that France will grant Ukraine licences to produce French missiles.
- He also said that Ukraine plans to purchase French Rafale fighter jets and outlined when the first of them are expected to enter service in Ukraine's Air Force.
