An explosion occurred at an ammunition depot in temporarily occupied Donetsk on the night of 13-14 July, followed by prolonged detonation of shells.

Details: Monitoring channels are publishing video from the scene. Footage taken from a considerable distance shows a large-scale fire. Explosions are also being heard as ammunition detonates.

Currently no official cause for the fire has been announced. The exact location of the depot and possible consequences have not yet been confirmed.

Background: On the night of 12-13 July, drones struck several regions of Russia. A fuel depot in Stavropol Krai came under attack, where a fire broke out. Drones were also intercepted in the Moscow area.
