The Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) has suffered its 10th blackout since the beginning of the year, but external power supply has already been restored.

Details: The temporarily occupied ZNPP once again lost external power supply and had to switch to backup diesel generators, which keep critical safety systems operating.

External power supply to the plant has now been restored. This is the 10th blackout since the beginning of 2026.

Background: At the end of June, the key 750 kV Dniprovska power line, which is vital to the safety of the ZNPP, was repaired.
