The number of people injured in a Russian attack on the city of Odesa has risen to 10, including two children.

Quote from Lysak: "Two people have been killed in the attack. Another eight people have been injured, including two children."

Update: Kiper reported in the morning that the number of people injured had risen to 10. He also said that one of those killed was a woman who had been walking in a park with children.

Details: Residential buildings, a religious institution, a kindergarten, cars and other civilian infrastructure were also damaged.

Lysak said emergency services and utility workers are currently working at the scene. An emergency response headquarters has also been set up.

"All those affected are receiving the necessary assistance," he added.

Background: Russian forces launched a missile attack on Odesa on 16 July, killing two people and injuring several others.
