Three children and a 40-year-old man have been injured as a result of a Russian guided aerial bomb strike on the town of Izium in Kharkiv Oblast on 17 July.

Quote: "An eight-year-old boy has sustained blast injuries and a 16-year-old girl suffered injuries caused by shattered glass. A 40-year-old man has also sustained injuries caused by shattered glass."

Details: Syniehubov later reported that a 13-year-old girl was suffering from shock as a result of the guided bomb strike. All those affected received medical assistance.

Background: On the night of 13-14 July, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv Oblast with drones, injuring an 11-year-old child.
