One person has been killed in a Russian guided aerial bomb strike on civilian infrastructure and an industrial area in the city of Sumy.

Details: On the morning of 19 July, the Russians launched guided aerial bomb strikes on Sumy, targeting civilian infrastructure and the city's industrial area.

The attack left several people injured, while one person was trapped under the rubble. Rescue workers later recovered the person's body.

Emergency responders are working at the scene.

Background: Russian forces launched a large-scale combined attack on Ukraine using 41 missiles and 125 drones on the night of 18-19 July. Hits by 23 missiles and 10 attack drones were reported, and Kyiv was the main target.
