Four killed, 20 injured in Russian attack on outskirts of Kharkiv – video

Four people were killed and 20 others injured after Russian forces attacked the outskirts of Kharkiv.

Details: Nine of those injured were taken to hospital, three of whom are in a serious condition.
Emergency services are working at the scene.
Update: Syniehubov later said that Russian forces had carried out a missile strike on a postal terminal in the outskirts of Kharkiv.
Three men aged 24, 45 and 62 were killed in the attack. The number of those injured has risen to 20, three of whom are in a serious condition.
Police officers, medics and rescue workers continue to search the site for possible victims. Emergency response efforts are being complicated by the threat of repeat strikes.
Update: Later, it was reported that a 25-year-old man who was injured in the attack on the outskirts of Kharkiv had died in hospital.
