Details: The president stressed that on the night of 18-19 July, Russia carried out one of the largest strikes on Kyiv using ballistic missiles specifically. He added that the Russians had been preparing this attack for several days, stockpiling missiles. Zelenskyy noted that "the threat, of course, remains even now, and this must be taken into account".

"Russia is placing its wagers on ballistic missiles, and it is because of them that Putin still believes in his war," the president stated.

Zelenskyy expects Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other government officials to promptly engage with partners regarding the aid packages that have already been agreed upon.

"It is important to accelerate everything – both with our European partners and with the United States. The result is needed every day," he added.
