Indian authorities have summoned a Russian diplomat to protest the killing of four Indian nationals aboard the Golden Leo in the Black Sea on 19 July.

"The Ministry of External Affairs summoned the Russian Charge d'Affaires in New Delhi, Vladimir Ladanov, to convey India's strong objection over the incident and seek an explanation," India Today reported.
