Russian forces struck Izium, Kharkiv Oblast, at approximately 04:08 on the night of 23-24 July, damaging a cargo branch belonging to Nova Poshta, Ukraine's largest private postal operator.

Details: The Russians used three guided aerial bombs in the attack. The strike damaged a Nova Poshta cargo branch, a warehouse and an open area.
