Russia loses 1,440 soldiers over past day

Russia has lost 1,440 soldiers killed and wounded over the past day, bringing its total number of personnel losses to 1,438,990.

Details: The total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February 2022 and 26 July 2026 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

• approximately 1,438,990 (+1,440) military personnel
• 12,217 (+9) tanks
• 25,019 (+8) armoured combat vehicles
• 46,794 (+70) artillery systems
• 1,969 (+1) multiple-launch rocket systems
• 1,518 (+0) air defence systems
• 439 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft
• 354 (+0) helicopters
• 2,031 (+8) ground robotic systems
• 428,286 (+1,450) operational-tactical UAVs
• 4,944 (+1) cruise missiles
• 34 (+0) ships/boats
• 2 (+0) submarines
• 125,811 (+453) vehicles and fuel tankers
• 4,465 (+3) special vehicles and other equipment.
