Two civilians were killed and 10 others were injured as a result of Russian attacks on Kherson Oblast on 20 July.

Details: It is noted that in the morning, Russians struck civilian infrastructure with FPV drones in Kherson. At around 5:40, a 50-year-old driver delivering bread was killed. At approximately 7:10, a 58-year-old man who was outside sustained fatal injuries.

At night, the Russians also attacked Kherson with Shahed-type drones, injuring seven residents. Three more people were injured in Russian drone attacks in Kherson.

In addition, the Russians damaged houses and apartment buildings, a church building, a vocational educational and production facility, a café, a shop, garages and vehicles.

Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the war crimes (Articles 438.1 and 438.2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Law enforcement officers are documenting the aftermath of the Russian attacks.

Background: Earlier, Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson Oblast Military Administration, reported that on the morning of 29 July, Russian forces attacked Kherson with a drone, killing a 58-year-old man.
