The Polish government believes that it was a Russian missile that fell near the village of Tarnawa-Kolonia in the Lublin Voivodeship on the night of 29-30 July.

Meanwhile, the Chancellery of the Polish Prime Minister announced that a previously scheduled visit by Donald Tusk to the Lower Silesian Voivodeship on the morning of 30 July has been cancelled.
