Russian forces have struck the city of Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, sparking a fire in a shopping centre and injuring eight people.

Update: The administration reported that as of 18:30, eight people are known to have been injured. A 33-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman are in hospital in a serious condition.
