Ukraine sinks Russian container ship and hits three oil refineries, Zelenskyy says
Ukrainian forces have sunk the sanctioned Russian container ship Yanina and struck infrastructure at three oil refineries in Bashkortostan.

Details: Zelenskyy said the container ship Yanina was sailing under the Russian flag and had a capacity of more than 100,000 tonnes. The vessel sank after being hit.
Ukrainian forces also struck targets in the waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.
In addition, units of the Security Service of Ukraine attacked infrastructure at three Russian oil refineries in Bashkortostan. The targets were located nearly 1,600 kilometres from Ukraine.
Zelenskyy reported that the refineries hit in the attack process millions of tonnes of oil each year.
