Russians launch large-scale missile and guided bomb attack on Zaporizhzhia: six killed, at 19 injured – photo, video

Russian forces launched a large-scale attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia on the night of 10-11 August, using ballistic missiles and guided aerial bombs. The attack has killed six people and injured 19, while fires have broken out and parts of the city have lost power.

Quote: "Nine people are known to have been injured as a result of an enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia. Information about the effects of the attack continues to come in."
Details: Fedorov said residential buildings and non-residential infrastructure facilities had been damaged in the attack.
Update: Fedorov reported at 02:10 that five people had been killed and 20 injured.

Fires also broke out at the sites of the strikes, while parts of the city were left without electricity as a result of the attack.
Update: As of 07:00, six people had been killed and 19 injured in the Russian attack.
Background: Russian forces launched an aerial attack on Ukraine at around 00:30. Russian ballistic missiles attacked Pavlohrad, Zaporizhzhia and Kyiv in two waves.
