Russian forces attacked port infrastructure in the Izmail district in Odesa Oblast on the night of 12-13 August, causing a fire.

Details: Izmail District Military Administration did not provide details on the extent of the fire or damage, but said that "State Emergency Service units are working to deal with the aftermath".
After 01:00, Ukraine's Air Force reported groups of Russian drones in the south of Odesa Oblast and a group of drones heading towards Izmail.
