Ukrainian drones strike 29 energy facilities in occupied territories

Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces struck 29 energy facilities in the temporarily occupied territories over the course of a day, while 240 energy facilities were successfully targeted between 1 July and 13 August.

Details: The Balaklava Thermal Power Plant in Sevastopol was among the targets. In occupied Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the Ukrainian forces hit the Bilmak power substation in Kamianka, substations in Berdiansk, Prymorsk and Chernihivka and the Botiievska substation in Prymorskyi Posad.

In occupied Donetsk Oblast, strikes in Mariupol targeted the 110 kV Misto-3, NS-2 and Illich power substations.

Other targets included the Volodarska substation in Mykilske and the 110 kV Fakel and Lazurna substations in Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, among others.

Background: A fire was reported at the port of Ust-Luga in Russia's Leningrad Oblast on the night of 13-14 August following a drone attack.
