Russian drone attacks civilian car in Kherson Oblast: six injured, including child

Six people, including a 16-year-old boy, have been injured when a Russian drone attacked a civilian car in the village of Darivka in Kherson Oblast.

Quote from the Prosecutor's Office: "At around 09:00 on 14 August, Russian forces carried out a UAV attack on the village of Darivka in the Kherson district. Six civilians, including a 16-year-old boy, have sustained injuries of varying severity in the strike."

Details: A 57-year-old man and four women aged 85, 76, 51 and 63 were also injured.

The people, who were in the car at the time of the attack, sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to the head, torso and limbs. They have been taken to hospital and are receiving medical treatment.

Kherson Oblast Military Administration also reported that Russian forces attacked a man with a drone in the Dniprovskyi district in Kherson at around 10:00, injuring two people. Early reports indicate that a 70-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman sustained blast injuries.
