Three people, including an 11-year-old boy, were injured when Russian forces attacked Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast with four FAB-250 aerial bombs equipped with UMPK kits on 18 August. [A UMPK is a guidance kit for converting unguided bombs into precision-guided munitions – ed.]

Details: The attack damaged four apartment buildings and three cars. One of the bombs struck an apartment building.

A 71-year-old man, an 84-year-old woman and an 11-year-old boy were injured. They were diagnosed as suffering from blast injuries, cuts, abrasions and concussion. A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of a war crime under the procedural supervision of the Kramatorsk District Prosecutor's Office.
