Former defence minister Mykhailo Fedorov has not yet decided whether or how he would participate in elections if they are held in Ukraine.

Details: According to the sources, at the moment Fedorov "is not saying clearly whether he will run for president, but he isn't ruling it out". They say all will become clearer closer to the elections.
Fedorov's team is also considering two other options: he could support a particular candidate or party, or not take part in the elections at all and focus entirely on his work at a private company.
However, the former minister does plan to devote part of his time to the issue of democratic voting.
"He wants to bring together the best election experts in the world, meet with every person who hates this topic, and explain that the only way forward for us is to prepare to hold elections," one member of Fedorov's team said.
Background:
- In an address on 18 August, Fedorov called for measures to ensure that Russia does not get to decide when Ukrainians can once again elect their government.
- Sources told the BBC that the President's Office believes Fedorov's idea of holding elections demonstrates a "lack of realism".
