CIA director has arrived in Moscow on secret visit, CBS News says
CBS News has reported, citing sources familiar with the matter, that CIA Director John Ratcliffe is in Moscow for meetings.

Details: The report emerged after a US Air Force Boeing C-17A Globemaster III transport plane and a US diplomatic motorcade were spotted at a Moscow airport.
Later, sources familiar with the matter said that Ratcliffe had arrived in Moscow, although there has been no official confirmation so far.
The last time a CIA director visited Russia in person was in November 2021, when William Burns travelled to Moscow to warn the Kremlin at the highest level that the US was aware of preparations for a large-scale invasion of Ukraine.
