Ukrainian officials reportedly confirm that Washington asked Ukraine not to attack Moscow and St Petersburg during CIA chief’s visit

Washington asked Kyiv to suspend attacks on Moscow and St Petersburg during CIA Director John Ratcliffe's reported visit to Russia.

Details: Media reports said earlier that the CIA director had arrived in the Russian capital, citing US officials.

It later emerged that the US asked Ukraine to refrain from carrying out strikes on Russia during the US delegation's visit.

Suspilne's sources confirmed these reports and clarified that in addition to Moscow, the US also asked Ukraine not to attack St Petersburg.
