Four people were injured in a Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast on the morning of 31 August.

Quote: "Two men sustained shrapnel wounds to their limbs. They were taken to hospital, where doctors are providing all necessary medical care.

Two more people were injured in the Brovary district. They are receiving medical assistance."

Details: Tkachenko stressed that Russian forces continue to attack civilian facilities and residents. Warehouse premises and a retail establishment were damaged in the Brovary district. Three warehouses and an apartment building were damaged in the Boryspil district.

Emergency services are working to deal with the aftermath of the attack.
