Three people killed and 12 injured in Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast – photos

Three people have been killed and 12 injured in a Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast. All three fatalities occurred in the city of Boryspil, where premises belonging to a business and a car service station have been damaged.

Details: Three cars caught fire in Boryspil. Firefighters extinguished the blaze, which covered an area of 50 sq m.

A five-storey residential building, a shop and two houses were damaged. State Emergency Service units evacuated 48 people and rescued two people trapped under the rubble. Eight people were injured, including two children aged five and 16. Another person was also injured.

A lorry caught fire at an infrastructure facility in another part of Boryspil.

A company building was damaged. Two people were killed and three injured. The fire has been extinguished.

A car service station was also damaged in Boryspil, where one person was killed.

An infrastructure facility and two high-rise residential buildings were damaged by falling debris in the village of Hryhorivka.

Debris fell onto and damaged 11 houses, a garage and a car in the village of Husachivka.

Background: Eight people were killed and five injured, including three children, in a Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of 31 August-1 September. Russian forces also struck a railway depot and other railway facilities in Kyiv with ballistic missiles, killing seven people, including six Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) employees.
