Russian forces damage equipment at Odesa Combined Heat and Power Plant

Russian strikes on the Odesa Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHP), which is part of the Naftogaz Group, have damaged some of its main and auxiliary equipment.

Quote: "Yesterday evening, Russia attacked the Odesa CHP plant of the Naftogaz Group with missiles and drones. Some of the main and auxiliary equipment was damaged, and debris removal is ongoing."
Details: Naftogaz noted that a full assessment of the condition of the CHP plant and the aftermath of the attack will be carried out once the debris has been cleared.
The company also said it is coordinating its response with all relevant emergency services and local authorities.
Background: Russian forces have once again attacked the Kherson CHP plant with guided aerial bombs, completely destroying and disabling all the heat- and power-generating equipment that remained at the facility.
