Russian forces have attacked Ukraine with 163 drones since the evening of 2 September, with 135 aerial assets destroyed or jammed.

Quote: "On the night of 2-3 September (from 18:00 on 2 September), the enemy attacked with 163 Shahed (about half of them jet-powered), S8000 Bandеrol and Gerbera attack drones as well as Parodiya decoy UAVs launched from Millerovo, Oryol, the occupied part of Donetsk Oblast and Hvardiiske in occupied Crimea.

Details: Hits have been recorded at 15 locations and the fall of downed aerial assets (debris) at four locations.

Background:

  • A Russian attack damaged a high-rise residential building in Odesa on the night of 2-3 September, injuring 17 people, including three children.
  • Kyiv Oblast Military Administration also reported that one person had been injured in the Boryspil district as a result of the Russian attack.
