Russians destroy Nova Poshta depot and branch in Dnipro

A Banderol missile drone has destroyed a Nova Poshta depot and branch in Dnipro, killing one employee and leaving five others with shrapnel wounds.

Quote: "The enemy has once again attacked civilian logistics infrastructure and taken the life of our colleague. We express our sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased. The company is in contact with the family and is providing them with all the help they need.

Five of our colleagues also sustained shrapnel wounds of varying degrees of severity. They are conscious and are receiving the necessary medical treatment."

Details: Work to deal with the aftermath of the attack is ongoing. Detailed information on damaged shipments will be established shortly.

Nova Poshta said that it will be paying customers compensation for the declared value of any shipments destroyed in the attack.

A backup logistics scheme has already been put in place to minimise possible delivery delays, the company said.

Background: It was reported earlier that a Russian strike on Dnipro on 3 September had caused a fire at warehouses belonging to a logistics company and injured several people.
