New power outages in four Ukrainian oblasts due to Russian attacks
Some consumers in Donetsk, Odesa, Sumy and Kharkiv oblasts remain without electricity on the morning of 7 September as a result of combat operations and Russian strikes on energy facilities.

No electricity supply restrictions are currently forecast for the rest of the day.
The Ministry of Energy urged consumers to shift active electricity use to daytime hours where possible – from 11:00 to 15:00.
Background: On the night of 6-7 September, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 92 UAVs, including Shaheds (some jet-powered), Gerberas, Parodiya-type decoy drones and S8000 Banderol missile drones.
