Ukraine hits Russian naval base in Novorossiysk – videos
Robert "Magyar" Brovdi, Commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces (USF), has confirmed a strike on the naval base in Novorossiysk in Russia's Krasnodar Krai on the night of 8-9 September.

Details: Overnight, the USF also destroyed an Su-33 carrier-based fighter jet, an Mi-8 helicopter and two radar systems in the Gelendzhik area near the Russian city of Anapa.
Brovdi noted that the average number of Russian personnel killed per day has increased so far in September compared to August, reaching 411 personnel per day, up from 355 in August.
In total, between 1 and 8 September, the USF had wiped out 3,395 Russian troops and struck 16,720 Russian assets.

- The mayor of Novorossiysk confirmed that a fire had broken out but claimed that it was caused by drone debris that had landed at the site. He did not name the facility that was attacked or provide information about the extent of the damage or any casualties.
- According to OSINT analysts, the strike had hit facilities at the port complex, damaging at least one storage tank at the fuel oil terminal.
- Novorossiysk Fuel Oil Terminal is one of the main facilities in the Novorossiysk transport hub, which forms part of the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port, Russia's largest seaport in terms of cargo throughput.
