At least 16 people were injured in morning strikes by Russian forces on the city of Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast.

Quote from Filashkin: "At around 11:00, the Russians attacked the city four times. Hits were recorded near educational institutions and an apartment block.

Quote from the Prosecutor's Office: "Update! As of 13:10, the number of civilians injured in the attack on Kramatorsk has risen to 16. They have been diagnosed with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds."

Details: Kramatorsk District Prosecutor's Office launched a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings over a war crime under Article 438.1 of Ukraine's Criminal Code).

Filashkin pointed out that every day brings new Russian attacks and new civilian casualties to Donetsk Oblast, and once again called for evacuation.
