Search and rescue operations have been completed at a 25-storey building in Odesa that was damaged in a Russian attack the previous day. Two people were killed and another 25 were injured.

Details: During the rescue operation, emergency workers rescued seven people, including two children.
Work at the damaged high-rise building has been completed.
Background:
- On the morning of 12 September, Russian forces launched a missile strike on Odesa. The attack damaged a multi-storey residential building, with 17 people initially reported injured.
- Late in the evening, the first death was reported.
