Trains across Ukraine delayed by hours due to Russian attacks
Trains across different regions of Ukraine are running one to ten hours late due to evacuations and rerouting following Russian attacks.

Details: Following a Russian strike on a locomotive in Yahodyn, near the Polish border, Ukrzaliznytsia has already dispatched trains to Warsaw and in the opposite direction, but delays are significant.
Trains on the Dnipro route continue to run via a detour, resulting in ongoing delays to services to Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih and Dnipro. Significant delays are also affecting services in Sumy Oblast.
Ukrzaliznytsia's website has compiled a list of all delayed trains. The shortest delay is on the Khmelnytskyi-Kyiv service (56 minutes), while the longest is on the Chełm-Kyiv route (10 hours and 20 minutes).
Background:
- Since the morning of 12 September, the Russians have attacked four petrol stations in Zhytomyr Oblast.
- A petrol station near the Yahodyn border crossing point with Poland was damaged as a result of a Russian attack in Volyn Oblast, and several lorries also caught fire.
