Russia attacks Sumy with long-range weapons: one injured and four hits reported

Russian forces attacked Sumy with long-range weapons on the morning of 23 September. One person is known to have been injured and there were hits at four locations.

Details: Four strikes were recorded in Sumy's Kovpakivskyi district: two in a residential area and two at civilian infrastructure sites.

Sumy Oblast Military Administration said, citing early reports, that at least one person has been injured. They are receiving the necessary medical treatment.

Information is being gathered on the type of weaponry used and the full extent of the damage caused by the attack.
