Russians attack Odesa, damaging medical and educational facilities and residential buildings

Russian forces launched strikes on the city of Odesa on the night of 23-24 September, damaging medical and educational facilities as well as residential buildings.

Details: Lysak initially reported that the Russian attack on Odesa had damaged medical and educational facilities.

He later added that residential buildings had also been damaged. Emergency response centres are being set up in the city to help residents.

Since the beginning of the day, the Air Force has reported the presence of Banderol drone missiles in the Black Sea area and a threat from drones and missiles to Odesa and Odesa Oblast.
