Russia attacks Kyiv with drones: four people injured

Russian forces attacked the city of Kyiv with drones on the night of 25-26 September, injuring four people.

Quote from Klitschko: "A drone crash caused a fire in a five-storey residential building and a shop located on the ground floor in the Solomianskyi district. Twenty people have been rescued from the building."

Details: Klitschko later added that four people had been injured in the residential building in the Solomianskyi district where the fire broke out following the drone crash.

Emergency services are working at the scene.

Kyiv City Military Administration had previously reported that an office building in the Solomianskyi district had caught fire after a drone fell.

Debris also fell in an open area at another location in the Solomianskyi district.

Background: An air-raid warning was issued in Kyiv and some Ukraine oblasts on the night of 25-26 September due to the threat of drone attacks.
