Drones hit industrial facilities in Poltava Oblast, leaving 500 consumers without power

Russian drone attacks have struck industrial facilities in Poltava Oblast and damaged power transmission lines.

Details: Russian UAVs struck industrial facilities at several locations in the Myrhorod district. No casualties were reported.

In the Poltava district, power lines were damaged by a falling drone. Around 500 consumers were temporarily left without electricity.

Energy workers are working to restore the power supply.

Background: On the night of 26-27 September, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 170 strike UAVs of various types. Ukrainian air defence neutralised 147 Russian targets, although some strikes were recorded.
