Drone debris falls on roof of 25-storey building in Kyiv, causing fire

Drone debris has fallen onto the roof of a 25-storey residential building in Kyiv's Podilskyi district, causing a fire.

Details: Klitschko said emergency services are on their way to the scene.

There is currently no information about any casualties.

Background:

• Two UAVs struck near the support structure of Pivdennyi (South) Bridge in Kyiv. No critical damage to the structure was found during a preliminary inspection, and the resumption of ground public transport across the bridge is underway.
• On 30 September, a Russian drone attacked the Institute for Nuclear Research in Kyiv. Scientists said the research nuclear reactor located there was not damaged.
